Return and Refund Policy

At Admiration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based business, our policies are designed to be transparent and fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period (Change of Mind)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

 

  • Notification: You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of delivery by emailing jwdownes06@gmail.com.

  • Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our designated return address.

 

  • Condition: To be eligible for a "change of mind" return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

2. Hygiene Exceptions (Important for Beauty Tools)

For health and hygiene reasons, personal care goods such as Gua Sha tools, facial rollers, and other skin-contact beauty instruments cannot be returned once the original security seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. We can only accept returns on these items if they remain in their original, sealed, and untampered packaging, or if the item is confirmed to be faulty upon arrival.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Contact us at jwdownes06@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate any return, you must first contact us at jwdownes06@gmail.com.

  • Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct UK or warehouse return address once your request is approved.

  • Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For confirmed faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving evidence that you have sent them).

     

  • Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
